• Once an order is completed at checkout, it cannot be amended (items, address, or delivery time).
• If you need to make changes, the order must be cancelled first, after which you may place a new order.

• Delivery Address

Cancellation Fees & Refunds

• Cancelling on the day of delivery:
  A £2.99 charge will apply, as your order will already be prepared or dispatched.
• Cancelling before the delivery day:
  No fees will apply. A full refund will be issued.
• Refund timeline:
  Refunds are processed within 10 working days and returned to the original payment method used during checkout.
