Delivery Process

At Gopal Indian Grocers, we are committed to delivering your order safely, quickly, and reliably. All deliveries are handled by our trusted courier partners using the delivery address provided at checkout.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the time of delivery. If you provide specific instructions (e.g., leave with neighbour, leave in a safe place), our couriers will do their best to follow them. However, Gopal Indian Grocers cannot be held liable for any lost or missing items after delivery is completed.

Local Customers: Same-Day Delivery

We proudly offer same-day delivery for customers within our local delivery area when the order is placed before 2 PM.

Free Local Delivery for Orders over £30

How It Works

1. Order Placement
Place your order before 2 PM for same-day delivery eligibility.
Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the next day.

2. Delivery Window
Deliveries take place between 14:00 and 21:00 on the same or next day.

3. Eligible Postcodes
We deliver within a 4-mile radius of our postcode HA7 1AR—you can easily confirm if your address falls within our delivery area on the radius map below or by entering your details during checkout.

4. Not in the List?
If your postcode is not listed but you believe you are close to our service area, please contact us via WhatsApp or phone at 07771919197. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

5. Availability
Same-day delivery slots are subject to product availability and delivery capacity. Ordering early increases your chance of securing same-day delivery.

Please Note

  • All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.
  • Orders placed after shipping cutoff times are processed the next working day.
  • Deliveries may be slower during holidays, peak periods, and adverse weather.
  • We are not responsible for courier delays after dispatch.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, please contact our customer service immediately.

Fair Share Purchase Policy

We love bringing you fresh favorites and everyday essentials! To make sure there is plenty to go around, we temporarily limit purchase quantities on selected high-demand items.

Fresh Mangoes: During harvest season or sale events, orders are limited to 2 boxes per customer.

Atta & Rice: To keep our bulk items in stock for everyone, you may order either two 5kg bags OR one 10kg bag per order.

Special Deals: Exclusive launches or promotional items may carry individual limits, which will be clearly shown on the product page.
