Storage & Care

Alternatively, wrap the cleaned, dry leaves in a soft cotton cloth or paper towel and store in an airtight container. This keeps the leaves crisp for 5 to 7 days.
Pro-Tip: Don’t throw away the coriander stems! They actually pack more flavour and aroma than the leaves. Finely mince the tender stalks and sauté them with your onions and ginger at the start of cooking it adds a professional depth of flavour to your gravies that leaves alone cannot achieve.
