Quick Prep

Shallow Fry (Classic): Heat a tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan. Fry the frozen slices on medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until the edges are golden and crispy.

Tempering (Tadka): For an authentic touch, heat oil with mustard seeds, sesame seeds, and a pinch of hing (asafoetida). Toss the heated slices in this mix before serving.

Storage & Care
