Preparation In a bowl, mix 1 measure of Rava Dosa Mix with 2 measures of water and ½ measure of sour curd (yogurt). For a thinner, crispier dosa, you can add an extra splash of water. Add finely chopped onions and green chillies to the batter. Let it rest for 5 minutes before cooking on a very hot, greased pan.
Pro Tip: Rava Dosa batter is much thinner than regular batter don't spread it with a spoon! Instead, splash the batter from the outside of the pan toward the centre to create those famous holes. Use a mix of oil and ghee on the edges for a professional, extra-crisp finish.
