The Secret Prep (Ready to Use): To prepare, place the Powa in a colander and rinse gently under cold running water for a few seconds do not soak, as this may cause the grains to become mushy. Allow the damp rice to rest for 5–10 minutes; the grains will absorb the remaining moisture and soften to a delicate, fluffy consistency, ready to be tossed into your favourite spices.
