MDH Dal Arhar Masala is a dedicated blend designed to elevate the humble Toor Dal (Pigeon Pea), the backbone of the daily Indian meal. While Arhar Dal is inherently sweet and nutty, this masala adds the perfect structural depth and "Ghar ka Swaad" (taste of home) without overpowering the natural flavour of the lentils. It is curated to create that silky, aromatic yellow dal that is a staple in North Indian households.

The Secret Pinch: To achieve a restaurant-style finish, add half the masala while pressure cooking the dal and the other half into your Ghee Tadka (tempering) with cumin and dried red chillies. The ghee carries the spice deep into the creamy texture of the dal.
